Review: Moon Goddess Journal

When I was young, I always kept a journal. I would write in it every single day even if there wasn't anything exciting to put in it. I forgot how much of a relief I felt when I was to express myself. Sometimes, I would get to writing and all of these emotions would just pour out of me and I would have no idea where they came from.

I ended up getting the Moon Goddess Journal from At first, I felt kind of silly but after I opened myself up to this creativity, I found myself feeling more in tune with my emotions. I love this journal because it's big enough for me to write in but small enough to carry around in my purse.

The cover design of our fantasy "Moon Goddess" Journal is taken from an image by fantasy artist Josephine Wall. Here the artist depicts the goddess Selene tenderly guiding the moon on its celestial journey as she keeps watch over the nocturnal earth. Selene's face is illuminated by the gentle glow of moonbeams from the heavens and by the profound power of the goddess's own inner peace and love for mankind. Moon Goddess Journal shines with gold foil stars and accents and glossy textured embossing. Convenient small-format journal diary provides lightly-lined pages for your personal reflection, sketching, or jotting down favorite quotes or poems. 160 lightly-lined writing pages. Acid-free archival paper that takes pen or pencil beautifully. Inside back cover pocket. Elastic band keeps your place. 5'' wide x 7'' high; fits in most purses, backpacks, and totes. Josephine Wall paints in her cottage studio in Dorset, England. Her passion for nature and myth resonate in her intricately detailed artwork that interweaves the romantic with the surreal.

  1. This is really cool. I actually just got done reading a textbook chapter about all the benefits that have been shown from keeping a journal. studies have shown it actually reduces illness, etc

  2. I love this journal sooo much. It's beautiful! I'm really into fairies, butterflies, and other fantasy type stuff at the moment and this would be a great journal to sketch out artwork or use to collect scraps and bits of pieces of things that inspire my art.

  3. Peter Pauper has so many beautiful products on their website. This Moon Goddess Journal is one of my favorites.
