Here and Gone by Haylen Beck Review

Audra has made some mistakes, but who hasn't? She has cleaned up her act and is now focusing on the one thing that matters. Her children. When she decides to separate from her husband and take the kids with her, he decides to take the low road and paint her as a terrible mom. When Children's Services get involved, she does the only thing that comes to mind. She takes her children and drives across the country.

Little did she know that her life was about to change drastically. When she gets pulled over, she automatically assumes that it is because of her children. She was right on the money but not in the way you would expect.

Here and Gone is full of suspense. Once I started reading this novel, I did not want to stop. Between the brilliant writing and the loveable heroine, I was instantly hooked.

  1. I read this book, too. Well I can't agree with you that this writing is brilliant, I did give the book for stars.

HERE AND GONE is what I call a “grabber.” In the first chapters, you’ll want to know what is happening. Then, at about the halfway point, this book will grab your attention so tightly you will want to read late into the night.
